Aim of the programm

A copeland matrix will be derived.

x > y with respect to attribute qi: add (+ weight[i])

x < y with respect to attribute qi: add (- weight[i])

Each entry of the Copeland matrix has +- - values according to x>y or x<y. Then the rowsum of copeland matrix gives a ranking.
